I have always loved painting since I was very young. Art allows me the freedom to express myself. I have had the benefit of art instruction from many well regarded artists, and have exhibited my paintings with Galleries in the Greater Toronto Area. I am an Elected Member of the Society of Canadian Artists. I am a Signature Member of the Toronto Watercolour Society,(Bronze Level of Distinction), and an Elected Member of the Colour and Form Society. I have participated in many art shows, both juried and non-juried, and have won awards, including second place in a juried art show for the World Exposition in Kariya, Aichi, Japan.

I enjoy painting a variety of subjects. I use mixed media and acrylics to achieve a fresh and spontaneous quality to my work. Recently, I have been experimenting with colour and form to express my feelings about ideas. Many of my paintings are in private collections in Canada.
