COAA MEMBERS’ GALLERY FEATURING:

Wendy Carmichael Bauld

Wendy Carmichael Bauld, is a seasoned artist based out of Burlington, Ontario, exhibiting her work in many countries throughout the world. Her approach to painting often evolves as she exhibits her work abroad while experiencing diverse culture throughout her travels as an artist. These new thoughts, ideas and concepts manifest through brush onto canvas, therefore becoming a personal narrative. The rendering of human relationships and everyday moments, while exploring the possibilities of life, defines her work.

Carmichael Bauld, winner of many awards including the prestigious Burlington’s Arts Person of the Year Civic award, has participated in countless group and solo exhibitions in Canada, the U.S. and Europe and her artwork can be found in private and public collections worldwide. Locally 23 of her works line the halls of Hamilton’s largest senior’s facility, St. Josephs’s villa, while 3 of her paintings are part of the McMaster Gallery’s permanent collection.

Wendy’s goal is for her work to resonate, emotionally, with the viewer and ultimately transport them to a place where raw emotions touch the soul.
